Own wearable art linked through color and pattern to the collection of paintings created by artist Amy Komar for MOTHER, an exhibit by seven Alaskan artist mothers. These earrings are made with stones Amy and her children collected from Kachemak Bay during 2020-2022.

A note from Amy, “When I collect stones for earrings, I take great care to select only the lightest ones. I seek out symmetrical shapes and unflawed surfaces. I want you to enjoy these earrings for a lifetime and have preserved each pair in a museum quality varnish. They are not intended to wear in water.”

Ear hooks are stainless steel and arrive via USPS in a small gift bag made from up-cycled sari’s.
